• Transaction Records: Deposit, withdrawal, and betting transaction logs are retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Customer Support Records: Support chat transcripts and email correspondence are retained for 3 years from the date of the relevant interaction.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent or opt out of marketing communications, at which point your data is removed from our active marketing lists within 30 days.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a data rights request to ensure we do not disclose or modify data in response to a fraudulent request.
