Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the ojol4d platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "Platform" means the ojol4d website accessible at https://ojol4d.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated applications.
  • "ojol4d," "we," "us," "our" refers to the company operating the Platform under international gaming licenses.
  • "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
  • "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
  • "Wallet" means the virtual balance associated with a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
  • "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other activity offered on the Platform.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other benefit offered by ojol4d subject to applicable terms.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
  • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate User eligibility.
  • "Responsible Gaming Tools" means platform features including deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion, and reality check notifications.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ojol4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) residing in Indonesia.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age. ojol4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
  • You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee of ojol4d or any of its affiliated entities.
  • You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by ojol4d.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification Notice: ojol4d employs mandatory KYC identity verification for all accounts. Accounts where the registered User is found to be under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. We take underage gambling prevention seriously and report confirmed cases to relevant authorities.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. ojol4d reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time.

Section 03

3. Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on the ojol4d Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

  • One Account Per Person: Each User may hold only one Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ojol4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
  • Notification of Compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify ojol4d immediately via the customer support channels listed in Section 17.
  • Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account to any third party.

ojol4d reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected.

Section 04

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

ojol4d is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free environment. As part of this commitment, we require all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or in response to any compliance review:

  • Accepted Documents: A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or SIM). The document must be current, legible, and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your name and current residential address in Indonesia.
  • Payment Verification: Where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri account statements).
  • Selfie Verification: We may request a live selfie holding your ID document alongside a handwritten note with the current date and the ojol4d platform name.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities. ojol4d will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not passed basic identity verification. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 05

5. Deposits

ojol4d accepts deposits exclusively through the payment channels listed in the Platform's Cashier section. The following general deposit terms apply:

  • Accepted Methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Additional methods may be added or removed at ojol4d's discretion.
  • Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
  • Maximum Deposit: Up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Daily and mon thly limits may apply depending on your account tier and selected payment method.
  • Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your ojol4d Wallet within 1–5 minutes. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ojol4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
  • Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
  • No Deposit Fees: ojol4d does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ojol4d bears no responsibility.

Bank transfer details displayed in the Cashier change periodically for security reasons. Always use the account details provided at the time of your deposit transaction. ojol4d is not responsible for funds transferred to outdated or incorrect account details.

Section 06

6. Withdrawals

ojol4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

  • Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
  • Maximum Withdrawal: Up to Rp 50,000,000 per single transaction. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP account holders upon request.
  • Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available window. VIP members may be eligible for 24-hour express withdrawal processing.
  • Destination Accounts: Withdrawals will only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ojol4d account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification as outlined in Section 4. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
  • Bonus Wagering: If your Wallet balance includes active Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement, the unwagered bonus portion will not be eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is fulfilled.
  • Withdrawal Verification: ojol4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may result in a processing delay of up to 48 hours while the review is conducted.

ojol4d will not be held liable for delays caused by the recipient bank's internal processing schedules, public holidays, or scheduled system maintenance by the relevant payment provider.

Section 07

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ojol4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

  • Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered Users who have completed basic account verification. ojol4d reserves the right to exclude certain Users from specific promotions at its sole discretion.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
  • Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free-bet promotions carry a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. The standard Wagering Requirement ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
  • Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
  • Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited. Active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms, typically 14–30 days.
  • No Cash Value: Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Platform's normal wagering activities.
  • Abuse Prevention: ojol4d employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy intended to exploit promotional terms in bad faith. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses revoked and may be subject to permanent suspension.

Important: ojol4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion will not affect bets already placed prior to the modification.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ojol4d Platform:

  • Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ojol4d. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we suspect technical errors, odds errors, or integrity concerns.
  • Odds Errors: In the event that manifestly incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, ojol4d reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the respective accounts. Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
  • Sports Betting: All sports betting results — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League markets — are settled in accordance with official match results as provided by our data feed providers. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a return to be paid.
  • Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outputs from the relevant lottery authority. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of the draw result being published on the Platform.
  • Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by Evolution Gaming's certified RNG and live dealer systems. Decisions made by live dealers are final once the relevant betting window has closed.
  • Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are governed by independently audited RNG software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the respective game information panel.
  • Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement for each market or game. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at ojol4d's discretion.
  • Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, insufficient participants, or technical failure resulting in incomplete game rounds.

9. Responsible Gaming

ojol4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

  • Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session duration reminders, after which the account will display a notification prompting the User to take a break.
  • Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 5 years. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, no marketing communications will be sent, and the User may not circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account.
  • Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be configured to remind Users of the time elapsed and net win/loss position during any active gaming session.

Section 10

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ojol4d Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

  • Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
  • Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or process funds of illicit origin.
  • Employing software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other Users, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — including pricing errors in sports odds — rather than reporting them to ojol4d immediately.
  • Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
  • Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or other IP masking technology in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ojol4d staff or other Platform Users via any communication channel.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or data structures of the Platform.
Section 11

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ojol4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and database structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of ojol4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of ojol4d.

Section 12

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ojol4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ojol4d implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 13

13. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ojol4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ojol4d's reasonable control.
  • Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
  • Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bank maintenance windows or e-wallet service disruptions.
  • Inaccuracies in odds or game information arising from data feed errors, provided that ojol4d takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon identification.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ojol4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ojol4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Section 14

14. Account Suspension & Termination

ojol4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected multi-accounting or identity fraud.
  • Abusive behavior directed at staff or other Users.
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus amounts) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ojol4d customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Section 15

15. Amendments to These Terms

ojol4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform homepage, an email notification to your registered address, or a pop-up notification upon your next login.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a bet was placed shall govern the resolution of any dispute relating to that bet, unless the applicable law requires otherwise.

Section 16

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ojol4d holds its primary international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a User and ojol4d, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team as described in Section 17. We aim to resolve all account-related complaints within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration administered by an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
